Everyone was extremely helpful! I bought an electric bike from them 3 years ago and its still pushin strong till this day. Whenever my breaks were loose or somthing wasn't working they always went above and beyond for me. Picking up the bike and delivering it brand new, late on a payment VERY small late fees bearly 3$ somtimes even waved. If you want a business that treats you like family you wanna shop here!

I’ve been renting from them for years. From washer and dryers, TV and sofas. The staff are amazing to work with. And after you’re paid off they still offer a warranty!

First and foremost John is wonderful manager he runs his store very professionally. Every single employee makes the customers feel like family and are always friendly. Never had one bad experience with this rental company, I highly recommend them.

I'm a first-time customer with Premier. I needed a box spring and mattress delivered to our temporary rooming accommodation and i needed it immediately. I met the owner John and he assured me he could arrange delivery that afternoon. I signed the paperwork and, as promised, the truck pulled up several hours later. The two movers were great setting up the box spring frame and mattress lickety-split and we enjoyed a good night's sleep that same evening. John made everything so simple and easy. I highly recommend Premier... very nice people who know how to get a job done quickly and effectively.

I had a great experience with Premier. I rented a washer and dryer. There was one repair which Premier took care of promptly and when I moved, they transported the washer and dryer to my new location with no extra charge. Before I knew it my payments were done and I owned my washer and dryer. For about a year after paying it off, I paid a small fee monthly for a warranty. It was about $6. Anyway, it's about 4 years and I still have this set and it still works perfectly. They're great!
