Do not purchase from here save your time and money. I Rented a laptop for my new job I didn’t even have it 2 weeks when I finally got a chance to turn it on and figure it out, the laptop was so slow I knew I wasn’t purchasing anything fancy but if I’m going to pay for something I want it to at least work the laptop was so ridiculously slow. I couldn’t finish Any tasks for my new job. Resulting in me, failing my modules due to the lack of connection on the laptop, I have amazing Wi-Fi and all the other devices in my house worked perfectly fine. This laptop was a mess to begin with on top of viruses popping up multiple times. I should’ve known purchasing a used item that this was going to be a result. I also came here to say that when purchasing the laptop, the manager charged our card twice she claims it was an accident that the system froze, and I took her word for it. I was refunded the second charge. I went back a few days later to return the laptop because of how bad the quality was, and I was supposed to receive an additional refund. for that same amount. my bank ended up, stopping the second refund because they thought it was fraud. If they did not accidentally charge me twice, I would’ve been fine to receive my refund from my bank. Now I am having a hassle getting my money back all because this management was not paying close attention as they were doing my transaction. It has been a few weeks now, and I still have not been able to receive my second refund for returning the item back to this rental place. This whole thing has been a hassle and I am extremely frustrated with the process. Do not purchase anything from here you will have a headache rather than good quality items. They also will ask people to leave reviews in return they can win free items from this location that’s probably why you see all these good reviews! Asking people to leave reviews before they even get to experience any item they purchase is a red flag. I learned my lesson I wanted quick and fast and got exactly what I paid for.

Whatever you do, do not buy the cowboys recliner. It didn’t last long. All they said was that I could come and purchase another. Screws came out, the wood quality is horrible. This is how they get you. If you are dealing with these problems, report it to the attorney general as a consumer. Just cause our cowboys aren’t winning doesn’t mean that we need to be scammed, not cool. Save your money and get a good quality product from a reputable company.

Rented a queen bed frame and mattress for guests—Julian showed up spot-on, set it up in minutes, and left it fluffier than we expected. Checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. Total class act.
