I also came here to say that when purchasing the laptop, the manager charged our card twice she claims it was an accident that the system froze, and I took her word for it. I was refunded the second charge. I went back a few days later to return the laptop because of how bad the quality was, and I was supposed to receive an additional refund. for that same amount. my bank ended up, stopping the second refund because they thought it was fraud. If they did not accidentally charge me twice, I would’ve been fine to receive my refund from my bank. Now I am having a hassle getting my money back all because this management was not paying close attention as they were doing my transaction. It has been a few weeks now, and I still have not been able to receive my second refund for returning the item back to this rental place. This whole thing has been a hassle and I am extremely frustrated with the process. Do not purchase anything from here you will have a headache rather than good quality items. They also will ask people to leave reviews in return they can win free items from this location that’s probably why you see all these good reviews! Asking people to leave reviews before they even get to experience any item they purchase is a red flag. I learned my lesson I wanted quick and fast and got exactly what I paid for.
