Customer reviews
Premier rental West Avenue is such a great place to shop. I have been with them for almost ten years now and I have not had the first problem with them. The customer service is excellent. Mr. Frank and Mrs/Ms Monica are such great sales managers. I would recommend Premier rental on West avenue in San Antonio, Tx. To any and everyone. It is such a great place to shop. Oh yeah the prices are great !!!!
I am renting equipment from Premier Rental and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to what I needed, asked the right questions, and helped me find exactly the right items without any pressure or upselling. Their deals are fantastic — much more competitive than other rental places I’ve tried in the area. I appreciated the transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and I felt like I got excellent value for what I paid. What really sets Premier Rental apart is their professionalism. The process was smooth and efficient, the team was knowledgeable, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their business and genuinely want customers to have a good experience. After dealing with a few other rental stores that felt rushed or disorganized, Premier Rental was a breath of fresh air. I’ll definitely continue my business with them and have already recommended them to friends and family. If you’re looking for reliable equipment, fair prices, and genuinely helpful service, this is the place to go!

Best rental store hand down!!!!! Monica has been so amazing since the day I walked in that store . She helped me complete my first rental and I’m currently on my second rental item. Prices so reasonable she just might talk me into my 3rd one . Monica has a great attitude and wonderful customer service if you ever need anything she’s gonna go to.
I have enjoyed purchasing items with Premier on west avenue. Monica is always friendly and fast with showing items and promotions. Frank M is always professional and confirms products and items for me all the time very helpful. The delivery service men Frankie and Stany are always nice, professional, on time and they help deliver and set up the items appropriately- they deserve a raise for all the hard work on delivering furniture. Keep up the amazing work I enjoy y’all’s fast friendly business. Also thank you to Stephanie for providing us with promotional deals and courtesy calls! Highly recommend this location!
