My husband tried to get a riding lawnmower. We filled out all the paperwork and set up delivery and paid. On the delivery the owner said he didn't want to have us a customer because we lived in an apartment building with no garage. While filling out paperwork we did express we have a place to store it. But without proof he would not rent to us. Called my husband a telephone tough for saying he wanted his f***ing money back. There was no lease signed before payment was taken. In our eyes this is unprofessional to take money and refuse to rent to us. We will never try and rent anything from this business.
If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in to rent a washer and dryer set. Spoke with Paul on 4/09. He t9ld me everything was scheduled and ready to go for delivery today 4/15. well, here I am with no washer and dryer and when I spoke to Paul the mamanger he said at first he jsut had to get the new sets in the system and my set would be delivered. Ic alled back and he tells me we dont have drivers and cant deliver until 4/17 as of now. and on top of it he asked if I would make the first payment on the set when they failed to deliver it. I spoke to the owner of the business, Scott, and he said what do you want me to make him deliver it?!. Then after that I was like Im done then Paul calls me like if you had a problem with my business you shouldve spoken to me about it. And I did firmly Trash and poor business. Left a disgusting taste in my mouth after that. And its sad because Ive been a customer since 2020.
Do not go here very rude.My PlayStation, 5 was not working.I thought I was trying to work and see what was going on with it.He said I'm not doing business with you.Do not go here at all.They will waste your time
Great customer service and very pleasant employees and Scott and the troy location is the mart polite and helpful employee that I could ask for
I was sent this message today. And this is how the owner Scott responded. My father passed away in 2023 December 15th. He was in a rental contract with this company. Not even 10 days go by and Scott is calling and messaging when he can retrieve the bed. Since then I have expressed I would never rent from Premier Rental Purchase again. This is his response. I just want to say how unprofessional and disrespectful this man was.
I think the owner is a tad slow he doesn’t comprehend decent customer service he doesn’t understand me being upset after taking my payment and no communication on why my furniture can’t be delivered the same day as they stated
