If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in to rent a washer and dryer set. Spoke with Paul on 4/09. He t9ld me everything was scheduled and ready to go for delivery today 4/15. well, here I am with no washer and dryer and when I spoke to Paul the mamanger he said at first he jsut had to get the new sets in the system and my set would be delivered. Ic alled back and he tells me we dont have drivers and cant deliver until 4/17 as of now. and on top of it he asked if I would make the first payment on the set when they failed to deliver it. I spoke to the owner of the business, Scott, and he said what do you want me to make him deliver it?!. Then after that I was like Im done then Paul calls me like if you had a problem with my business you shouldve spoken to me about it. And I did firmly Trash and poor business. Left a disgusting taste in my mouth after that. And its sad because Ive been a customer since 2020.

I was sent this message today. And this is how the owner Scott responded. My father passed away in 2023 December 15th. He was in a rental contract with this company. Not even 10 days go by and Scott is calling and messaging when he can retrieve the bed. Since then I have expressed I would never rent from Premier Rental Purchase again. This is his response. I just want to say how unprofessional and disrespectful this man was.

I think the owner is a tad slow he doesn’t comprehend decent customer service he doesn’t understand me being upset after taking my payment and no communication on why my furniture can’t be delivered the same day as they stated
