Scammers, overpriced used junk, and terrible customer service. Dave was extremely rude and invasive to personal privacy asking questions that didn’t pertain to their policy or my application. Do not buy or rent from here. Cancel the middle men in 2026!

I got a bed from then all three months ago I really like it it was new when they brought it to me really comfortable I an on buying more stuff from them the people at the store here in york are really nice people.

Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service. February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc. Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. Kudos to you all!!! 👏 👌 🇺🇸 👊 🛋 🛌

Dalton and Marcellus went above and beyond with this delivery . They were on time they put everything together kept everything clean. Definitely will be going back to Premier to keep buying furniture !! Highly recommend

I don't know what kind of experience other people have had but I have had a most amazing relationship with the guys from the Harrisburg store. Been a customer for over five years. Every time we finish and pay off one item we leave with another. NEVER felt the pressure to buy anything and even if you are struggling they will find any and all ways to work with you and what you can afford. I will ALWAYS recommend to anyone that asks me. No other lease to own is this great. Me and my fiance are customers for life🤗 thank you guys keep doing what you do!
