I cannot recommend this Majik location based on my experience. From the very beginning, the process was disorganized and frustrating. I was initially told I was denied, but nobody could explain why or give me a clear answer. I was left waiting while they tried to figure out their own mistake, which should have been handled before giving me an answer in the first place. Communication throughout the process was poor. I was given delivery information that didn't make sense, and it took far longer than it should have to get everything organized. I spent a lot of time making phone calls just trying to find out what was going on. To be fair, the delivery itself went much better than the rest of the experience. The manager was personally involved in the delivery, made sure everything was working before leaving, and addressed an issue with scratches on the washer by providing a $25 credit. I appreciate that effort. Unfortunately, one good delivery experience does not make up for the confusion, delays, poor communication, and lack of organization that occurred beforehand. Renting a washer and dryer should not have been this difficult. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I would be hesitant to do business with this location again.

Frank and Jah were early and very professional and patient as I was letting my elderly dog out at the time of arrival. Definitely recommend using Malik i know we will be again

Big thanks to the Majik team, especially Jonmark, Gio, and Xiomara, for taking great care of me. They were super helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. The pricing was great—$40 out the door, no surprises. On top of that, James delivered it the same day, which was amazing. I was able to purchase a Switch 2 with zero hassle. Excellent customer service and fast delivery. Highly recommend!

They kept my anxiety down and remained calm and collective even tho they had to carry an entire house up these stairs in 90 degree weather!! Amazing job guys!!!
