She was very knowledgeable and was able to be get me some and I’m getting my sectional delivered now! Fast delivery, great prices and unbeatable customer service!
I had an amazing experience working with Shamika! She assisted me with selecting a washer and dryer, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of my options before making my final decision!!!
Everyone was so welcoming, especially Sonia, who helped me through the whole process. I absolutely love the selections, especially the Midnight Madness sectional, which I got along with a nice 6 seater table. 10/10 would recommend.
Shoutout to Colortyme on the new dining set it’s cute, & comfortable we love it already! The customer service from Ryan & Curtis was above & beyond! Shop with them they have a lot great house hold furniture & great deals.
Great customer service from Shamika. She explained everything in detail about the furniture and payments. She’s very patient cause I couldn’t decide which set I wanted. She was very helpful and I recommend her for any of your furniture needs.
I had a really great experience at Hometown Furniture. The selection was great and there were plenty of options. Everything was well organized and easy to look through. Ms. Kathy was especially helpful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She really helped me find a bed that fit my budget. Her customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store to others and will be coming back in the future!

huge shout out to my guys flash and Ryan over at Colortyme!!! 🩷🩷 And a special thanks to Ms Shanna Luck for the twin bunkbeds I bought for my daughters. I went in two days ago, looked at the beds and instantly wanted them. They were sturdy affordable and came in a very timely matter. They were delivered to me in two days, flash and Ryan came in put the bed together in last than 15 minutes. I really appreciate the services and I love these people… HUGEEEE FAN OF THIS STORE 🫶🏽

I was going to leave it alone but this has The staff is unprofessional and not competent. Almost every payment I have a problem with this location. Either they’re trying to pull extra claiming they can’t stop the system and told me to just lock my card, I had to change my original contract I sign with them due to issues happening on their end with the whole staff being fired, or as for today now I just got an email saying I’m 10 days late and they charge me extra knowing it only been 2 days. And it’s 2 not 10 days because I don’t trust to have my card unlocked for those scammers working at the Monroe location. Talking about they had to fire the whole staff and change my one month contract to biweekly due to mishaps of their staff like WHAT? And when I come to pay with cash in person to keep them from “acting like they can’t stop the system from pulling off my card” they still pull off my card meaning what do y’all do with my cash. I had to tell these people I paid in person so many times over the phone like how is it not in the system? And then they’ll call again and again still asking like what are y’all doing up there on Louisville Ave? I don’t have a peace of mind and don’t trust y’all at all. I hate this place and the rude people. And they don’t apologize when they’re wrong is what adds fuel to the fire. I know I paid way more in cash at least by two to 3 months in cash that was not accounted for. This is my first and last time dealing with the Monroe - Louisville Ave location. This has been the worst unpeaceful stressful experience ever IN MY LIFE! Seriously how do I report this location to someone that doesn’t work there? Hello President of Aaron’s/ CEO someone not associated with that store, is it that hard to hire honest competent people with at LEAST “satisfactory” customer service experience?
Okay i don’t know about yall but this place is the best my kids even got like a hand full of candy they are so sweet their couches beds everything is so pretty i can’t wait to have to come here again sonia scott and kathy i think thats how u spell it are so sweet love them so much - friendly - also come here for couches

I would never rent from. Them again they high they not understanding under certain circumstances. Again when you try explain everything that you do what you say they still bother you please don't rent from them.
They were very helpful. We found what we needed brand new sofas for our living room. They delivered and installed everything. We will be using them in the future. I recommend going here for all things you need rent to own.
Extremely happy with the sale and service of my new furniture. Furniture is excellent quality and Scott, Kathy and Bill were very accommodating, had to have them deliver furniture to another town and the service that they showed to me was over and above!!!! Definitely recommend them to anyone!
Colortyme delivered my amazing pillow push couch with amazing customer service and hospitality. The team even though my doorway was a tight squeeze they did everything to make sure it was lifted onto The second floor with no problems or damages. They assembled everything and made sure I was one satisfied customer.
Ivy was nothing short of amazing! His customer service skills was top tier. He was the only one working so it was a bit of a wait. But he handled the pressure gracefully. I was able to get what I needed with no problems. Thank you IVY keep being the great gentleman you are! 💙
Driver “ced” lied like he couldn’t find my address, I watched this man drive in and immediately out the driveway after I waited all day up until 30 mins until closing! Then the lady at the store said he wasn’t answering his phone! I hope they give his job to somebody who need it because he obviously don’t
