The Store Manager Shanna assisted me with my purchase this morning. It seemed as though they were a little short staffed but she handled everyone with concern and didn’t rush anyone. She was very knowledgeable and was able to be get me some and I’m getting my sectional delivered now! Fast delivery, great prices and unbeatable customer service!

I had an amazing experience working with Shamika! She assisted me with selecting a washer and dryer, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of my options before making my final decision!!!

I went in two days ago, looked at the beds and instantly wanted them. They were sturdy affordable and came in a very timely matter. They were delivered to me in two days, flash and Ryan came in put the bed together in last than 15 minutes. I really appreciate the services and I love these people… HUGEEEE FAN OF THIS STORE 🫶🏽

Colortyme delivered my amazing pillow push couch with amazing customer service and hospitality. The team even though my doorway was a tight squeeze they did everything to make sure it was lifted onto The second floor with no problems or damages. They assembled everything and made sure I was one satisfied customer.

Got my fingerprints done here. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The woman who helped me was fantastic. I can't remember her name because I have the memory of Dory in Finding Nemo, but she was so great.

Sad to here Mike left in June cause Jeff is a totally unprofessional. He will blame you for his workers mistakes and keep harassing you till you give in. Well I hope no one ever gets treated like a dog by him like I did. He thinks he can walk all over girls and be totally rude. Do not go here if you wanna be treated bad and get old stuff people already used. Yes he wanted to put my bed I had for over a year back on the floor to sell. That's illegal and Mike even told me that back in February when I told them to get the bed but no here we are in October with Jeff still harassing me cause his workers would get the bed when I had said it for a month to get it! Rent a center is so much better and work with you so much better and definitely in a professional way at that! I don't even wanna give one star but sadly I have to to post this so everyone else can see how bad I was treated.

I got a washer and dryer through them in July 2023 and it still works great! I just got a kids bed set through them and it’s absolutely beautiful! The men who delivered it were very quick about set up and were on time and were very good about closing the door behind them as they were coming in and out because of my cats but I absolutely recommend these guys. Great prices on things and they work with you on payments as well!

Soon to be customer. While I haven't rented anything there yet I've called a few times to inquire about a few products and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. I got an excellent vibe from her and can't wait to do business with them.

Well all I can say is that I’m super happy with colortyme!! I love what I got and Tracy was the bomb she help me pick out what I needed and she gave me a good deal on what I got I never been this happy with my purchase I got!!! They all in the store was super nice and honest with me the smiles on there face when I walk in !!! Tracy is awesome!

From the first time that I walked into the store the manger was very helpful on finding exactly what I was looking for and the it didn’t take no time arriving to the store. The guys that assembled my furniture was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I'm not even sure where to start. The employees is completely amazing I am one of the most difficult customers they have, but they always make sure I'm completely satisfied. They go out of their way to make sure that they get what I need even if they have to specially order it. They have made my house a home. I am so grateful for them they're always polite professional and on time. They are so patient I changed my living room furniture three times and they had no problem with that at all.
