Overall great customer service. The worker was friendly and made accommodations for my young son and offered him an activity book and crayons for a distraction.

This place is by far the best ever, especially the manager very easy very friendly to work with, and we’ll go above and beyond anything in the world for his customers at the same time putting the company first as he should as far as the employees they are all truly amazing and treat you like you are a personal friend than just a customer, which is why I love the store and did business with them with an exception of the new female they hired which does raise a few concerns of mine. She does not treat in my opinion, people or me as a customer rather than a person that owes money like a debt collector, no friendly tones to her voice, no eye contact when visiting the store not a thing she acts like you owe her money, which puts a little damper in intimidation into some my opinion, she should either get retrained or find another job that suits her needs maybe in debt collection, but not in a store that people are buying products from at a well above market price for this reason I am hesitant on coming back and doing any more purchases been with this company for about a year or so, and I know the routine like the back of my hand, but yet get told by the new woman employee that they wanted me to continue to pay a three dollar a week fee to keep insurance on my products that I bought, which in the past after paying off an agreement it’s valid for one year because of her. I don’t know if I would be back or not, but the rest of the store is a rockstar.
