It was a hard reality when everyone I knew for years, from the store, went elsewhere and I was having to deal with a whole new group of people that I didn't know. It's like learning how to use a whole new limb. I was apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. However, everyone has been amazing! I have been a customer with RentOne for 24 years and, with pleasure, will continue to be so. Thank you for being there for those of us who can't afford to buy things outright and/or don't have the credit to do so!! You make life so much easier. 😀 My house is full of so many things from rent one that I couldn't possibly even take pictures of everything. But I did post some pictures of some of the newest items that I've purchased, most of which has already been paid off and I own. The bedroom, furniture, which is almost mine, (with an amazing pillow-top matress you can't see), and the livingroom, which I've only had 3 days, are new acquisitions. I love my new furniture!! I am enjoying them immensely. 😃😃😃 Thank you again RentOne, and thank you to the amazing guys in Marion, IL!! (Please excuse the mess as we are renovating). ☺️

They ordered it new and took 3 weeks. When they delivered they set it up perfectly. There was a damaged cupholder but they ordered a new one on the spot. The furniture is so comfortable.

Neal was very helpful and sent me pictures of lift chairs that we needed to rent while my husband recovers from surgery and they were able to quickly deliver it. He told me about their cleaning process of the furniture and I felt comfortable renting from them. The first lift chair wasn’t big enough for my husband and they were very helpful and came and changed the chair out for a different one with no issues.
