Adam has been an amazing asset to talk to he is always polite and very knowledgeable of what he is selling. He is well deserved of being a sales manager glad to be going through this company once again I paid my dryer off not to long ago now we are doing a washer! Highly recommend over any other rent to own stores!

For the past 10 years I have came to this store bought multiple items from here always have had a pleasant experience until today when they send 2 of the most rude guys to deliver a refrigerator the guy told me he couldn’t bring it in because my old refrigerator was still in my kitchen I have a big kitchen they could of easily went around my old refrigerator them guys are not customer friendly at all I will be sending all my items I currently have back due to the poor service of them 2 rude delivery guys. I have never in my life had 2 worthless delivery people who just refused my service Aaron’s really lost a good loyal customer…….

Whitney if that’s her name should be fired! I have never received a response back from the store manager or corporate office. You people are the rudest bunch I wish I never purchased a computer. Never had to deal with you because I just paid online. Decided to get something else and you did me very dirty. Unacceptable. Almost all these reviews are employees and their friends and family. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I couldn't have had a better customer service anywhere else! These guys are amazing! As long as you work with them, they will work with you. Adam is who I mainly would talk to and get stuff from. He always had a smile on his face and made sure if something didn't work for me. He'd make sure to find a solution and make it work for both parties involved. Top Tier customer service! Real Bro! Thank you guys for being Awesome!
