What customers are saying
Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Champaign.
I tell you what this has been the best experience working with Rent-A-Center. You get ahead of the ball game when deals come out and they’re very communicative. I love the customer service that I get every time I go and especially with holidays around the corner, hiding what needs to be hid lol Got a last-minute gift and didn’t want the little one to see and they sure came through for me!!! I highly recommend this Rent-A-Center to anybody Happy holidays
Drew at the store was amazing. Great customer service. Took the time to go through what to expect and when delivery would be. The delivery guys were really good too. Took the time to check out where I wanted my stove to be placed and even though my home is old and dinged up they took the time to be careful with the delivery
I work crazy retail hours and after 20 years, my old reliable fridge decided to quit working. New Year's Eve Eve, my husband and I showed up 10 minutes before closing time since it was the only time we had found to stop in. Doors were locked and we tried looking in through the window when an employee noticed us. Andrew went over and above to make sure we were set up for when the store was open the next business day. We are scheduled for delivery on our new fridge and we greatly appreciate Andrew's help with the paperwork to get us set up after the holiday as quickly as possible. If you need furniture, appliances big & small, cellphone, computer of any kind; this rent to own store is a very polite, knowledgeable and willing to work with customers. A 5 star experience
Gaige is awesome, we wouldn’t have bought the couch if it wasn’t for him. The two gentlemen, who Delivered and set up my sofa are also wonderful. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

My five stars go directly to Dan. He is so polite and extremely patient. I have had couple of problems with some miscommunication. Dan and I have spoke about 3 times, 2 of the 3 I was pretty irritated. He handled my problem very professionally and helped get things to where now we will have our TV paid off in a couple of months. At one point I was ready to send it back. I suggest you give Dan a raise! he is exceptional at customer service. Dan is the man!! 😁
