Ive got to say in all my year ive never seen 1 man sent out to a new customers house because they are short staff by himself to deliver a sleeper sofa and chair for 15.00 a hour when there was another guy at the store to help i think that is bs needs addressed from the higger management yall are going to get someone hurt . Very disturbing to me
I just moved to the area was purchasing a tv from a corporate store never missed a payment they called that store to verify the information this store is a franchise. the person I spoke to was the regional manager then when I came in a day later I think his name is Josh helped me setup everything but the payments got swapped from weekly payments to monthly payments and they demanded I pay like 400 dollars between tv and washer and dryer I can’t pay all that at once I told them to come and get there things and she said no I have to pay first like what now the are threatening to take me to court which they know they probably wouldn’t win there is some very shady things going on with this store the manager is very very rude makes you not even want to communicate with them.
I truly admire the people that work here. They go out of their way to help you as long as you keep them in the loop. I would strongly recommend this to others.
Christina that works there she is VERY RUDE and impatient. My mother’s phone Janie had a living room set with TV and a friend of ours had entertainment center there as well. My mothers phone got turned off and she could not communicate daily either the store but I have been for her while I work and today 02/26/2026 Christina was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and all around uncooperative with me. I’m sorry I work all day and so does my husband and can’t hand Janie a phone to call before you leave your store for the day. That’s another thing you may know me and my husband your just mad because you refused to pick up our furniture a few years ago and we forced you too by putting it outside don’t make me do it again. Anyhoo I asked you on behalf of my SICK MOTHER to pick up her furniture she can’t afford and you got all huffy and demanded to speak with her but unfortunately her phone has been off and you want to accuse us of non communication number one Whitney was standing in my house the other day and we told her we would try to have a payment and well guess what I can’t get you one and that’s that. YOU WERE SO RUDE AND ABOUT A CUSTOMER THATS BEEN LOYAL TO YOU MY MOTHER HAS RENTED BEFORE AND PAID OFF HER RENTAL BEFORE NOW YOU DO THIS… Whitney and Josh are awesome they have always treated us with such respect honestly WHITNEY SHOULD BE STORE MANAGER. Josh should be her assistant and CORPORATE SHOULD FIRE CHRISTINA AND UNPROFESSIONALISM… Sorry I work for a living and I don’t get to operate on your Time and sorry that my sick mother would rather have her meds and doctors paid for than your furniture in her home at this time! Also you did not give me a time of when they will be there to get it out of her home so I can’t guarantee someone will be home! To Whitney and Josh have a blessed one to CHRISTINA I HOPE YOU GET THE DAY YOU DESERVE… Oh and one more thing when you call someone three times in one day after they already spoke you once and told you they did not have your money that day and you continued to HARASS THEM well then they have every right to be annoyed with you and have an attitude! Good bye! CORPORATE HAS A FORMAL COMPLAINT LOGDED AS WELL ON YOU CHRISTINA…

Nice place here, you can rent or rent to own. They have a nice selection of items to rent from electronics to furniture and more. If a item is used and you want to buy it they will give you a cash price like they did for me. This store has many items in stock to see and I recommend you go visit the store.
