This place is a joke..I am set up on auto pay and this week their systems have been down since Friday..My payments come out every Saturday.. This past Saturday Stacy called me and let me know their credit card system is down and they can’t process any payments, so she said we will try on Monday..So I talked yesterday to Aaron’s, and their systems were still down..I asked her will I be charged late fees because you couldn’t get my payment on Saturday.. She informed me NO, we will wave late fees, because it’s on their end.. Well today they was able to find another way to process payment, but their regular system is still down.. The guy told me no late fees will be charged.. Then Victory the GM at that location took my card info and charged my card another way.. We hung up, then I seen I got charged late fees..I called him and Victory said we charged you late fees because I didn’t pay Saturday..I told him every that went on, and Stacy told me I wouldn’t be charged late fees because your system didn’t take payments from anyone…he said and I quote “I don’t care what Stacy said, I the General Manager”…..well mister GM get ready for a lawsuit…I recorded everything from Saturday Monday and today….You screwed me over for the last time…. It’s sad because I have paid in over $3000 for this stuff I got
Terrible company you pay more interest than you do the actual thing in my opinion it's better off just to buy it in store and I will never go to Aaron's again because of how bad of a process I had through them
Love them, Vanessa is wonderful, does an amazing job helping find what I need, Victor is awesome as long as you communicate with him about things. I recommend this place over and over.
I got a washer and dryer on November 11 from Aaron's on West Kearney. They had a "SPECIAL" of two weeks for a penny but I foolishly paid for the month of December thru January 1st. The washer didn't work properly because of water pressure problem in my house. I called them to pick it up yesterday and returned it before the two weeks was over and had videos of it malfunctioning in my house. I didn't get my refund 😂 yesterday because VICTOR was "out of town and has to approve refunds". I went in today and met Victor and showed him my video of the washer flashing error codes and he said it was due to water pressure. I told him that's why I returned it and that I NEEDED my refund since it was back before the month I had prepaid for. He told me THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS 😡 THEY GIVE LIFETIME CERTIFICATES FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID "FOR FUTURE RENTALS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY". When I told him that was all the money I had and I needed it back 😡 he laughed. He was still laughing when I went out the door. I HATE VICTOR AND AARON'S. If only I had paid with my debit card 😭 I could dispute the charges.
Easy to get approved, have a ton of items online to choose from and have been more than willing to work with me on due dates and returns for different items. Quality on items can be a little iffy depending on the item you choose
