Do not shop here, they make fun of you and talk crap about you as if they are better than you or above you. They will spam you even when you have a payment arrangement and even show up at your house and demand you come home. This Aaron’s is absolute gargabe! They don’t care about you they care about taking advantage of you!

Back in 2018 Aaron's really took cre of there customers! But 2025, 2026 They dont care as much or atleast not S Glenstone store. They dont work with the disabled at all my first real payment came out of my bank account and not long after the payment the Dryer doesn't work and they can't come get it until 10 or 2pm . They just are all about money and nothing else .

Kelly went above and beyond for me and she personally delivered my refridgerator. You can tell she takes great pride in her work!! I've been a customer of Aaron's for 25 yrs always great products. But Kelly was exceptional!!!!

I just moved to Springfield. I was planning on getting a new TV anyway in a couple of weeks, but that's beside the point. Well, the movers broke my current TV and they couldn't get my sofa in my new apartment! So, I had no TV and nowhere to sit! Great start to my new life, huh?! I ran to Aaron's. I looked horrible, too. Moving and a total mess!! Aaron's was wonderful! They helped me find a sofa that would fit AND an awesome new TV for a wonderful deal!! Plus, they were able to deliver it that day!! I am so happy!! My place looks awesome!! Thank you, Aaron's!! I will be back for a sweet chair I now have my eye on!
