Shay was absolutely rude and arrogant to talk with on the phone. Put me on hold for like five minutes to continue to be rude and arrogant. My account has always been charged the same amount. Then after having issues with my card and resolving them. After insisting to remain on auto pay previously. I was taken off of it without my approval. Truly hope the other employees aren’t as rude to customers as Shay was.

Got charged a dollar once for calling the store and asking the guy a question on the phone. On top of that everything is overpriced so much its ridiculous. My $800 washer and dryer set costed me thousands so yeah dont buy anything at all unless you’re willing to pay almost triple what its worth

I wouldn't recommend this location of business. The manager was supposed to clean a couch up for me to look at and call me when it was finished. I drove an hour and a half to be in the town to look at the couch and he never called me. He's never contacted me since. Ironic with how our last phone call was regarding me coming by to see the couch. While looking at furniture to see what would suit my needs best he complained about his job extensively and that his boss took out money from his bonus to pay for a furniture cleaner. Even complaining he is hourly pay and not salary. I recommend he finds a job he enjoys doing. It would be better on him and this place of business.

Leaving this review based on more so something I witnessed. I was door dashing in the area and had finished one of my orders when I witnessed one of your drivers horribly cut someone off. It was a rather round man with a big blonde bushy beard. The driver he cut off was a mother with two small kids in the back, which is why I felt obligated to mention this. It would’ve been one thing if it was an accident, but after she honked, he then stuck his hand out giving the middle finger, then giving the motions of a gun as if to indicate he had one? That was when the mother pulled away. I tried to get a picture of the truck he was in but I figured it was safest to avoid this lunatic and just contact the actual store but none of my calls were getting through. I’m leaving this in hopes the manager sees it. I’m assuming it is here since it was closest to where this incident occurred.
I've been paying on my washer and dryer for almost 16 months now and even tho I have been late a couple times, I've always been able to pay. It's at the Kansas Expressway location and I am late on my payment because I began having mini heart attacks on September 22 and have been unable to work past month. I've been communicating with Brandon there BUT he's claiming now that I haven't been communicating back with him and he's talking about putting in a return order on it. I'm almost 69 and get Social Security and normally had enough money to pay BUT having extra medical expenses this month has made me unable to pay bills or buy groceries. I sent Brandon a screenshot of my appointment to get my H&R Block tax loan on November 3rd and let him know I would be able to pay then IF I couldn't pay before then. He claims IN TEXTS last night that he hadn't received ANY texts from me and that his phone doesn't receive screenshots. I felt VERY bullied and harassed by him yesterday and last night.
