The power cord to my couch is missing. My boyfriend didn't realize I had gotten a plug in couch. Finally got to try and use it today and SURPRISE no power to my couch.

This place is horrible. Store manager didn't care about customers won't return calls. Employees make promises and don't follow through. Don't have them move your furniture they will just roll your dining room table from your apartment down the hall un covered! Horrible management!!@

They lied to me about their sale so I called and told them I was going to be returning the Xbox I got from them. I told them I would be returning the item to them on Saturday and they continuously tried to make alternate arrangements for the week while I waa at work which I let them know multiple times. Then instead of letting me bring it back up Saturday like I told them I would when I told them I no longer wanted it they show up at my house unannounced to wake me up. They were running a special black Friday sale where I could pay off the entire device in 6 months, this was just a lie there was no sale and they apparently run this scam all the time and at almost a year paying on I'm absolutely done. Worst descesion I've ever made was doing business with these scammers.

I'd give zero stars for this location if I could. If you want to cancel an order and not get refunded than go right ahead and shop here. My daughter has been perked around for a month now. Was going to order a couch. Changed her mind and has been fighting for a month to get a refund. They have gave her the run around over and over. Then threw her out the store today. A complaint will be filed with BBB and further action will be took. This is not how you handle customer business. 💯

Very kind and considerate people I didn’t like the first set of washer and dryer I had so I asked them to replace it with a better model and they did with Harley just a few dollars more very good people

I am very pleased so far! It was a painless process. I moved recently and I found out the day I signed the lease, that it didn't include a refrigerator or stove! I wasn't too concerned, I have all the cooking gadgets and I thought I'd find a fridge for cheap on Marketplace.... Wrong!! People are way too proud of their stuff and want new prices for used. Or they just didn't show up! I couldn't afford a new one all at once and I need it now. So, I went through RAC. It was a painless process, I was approved and they reached out to set it up right away. Within an hour, it was a done deal. The first delivery, however, was not smooth. I admit my house has awkward and narrow entryways. But, they managed to get the sofa in. Though I had to set it up and do most of the work. One delivery guy was very rude and didn't want to do his job. Then, he said the fridge wouldn't fit! Huh? The sofa is larger, how would that be possible? He just said no, it won't fit and left! I called RAC, again they were very nice and fixed it within an hour. The fridge fit with little effort. They set it up and it took about 5 minutes! Very pleased and happy! Thank you!
