I guess I must have to know God to get a call back on just starting an order. Was told now a total of 3 times I would be called back but nope. Still waiting. Calling Rent to own on Monday.

I recently called Aaron’s to schedule a pickup, and the experience was very disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. She insisted on sending drivers when I was unavailable to supervise the pick up and was very combative while I was speaking with her. As a customer, I expect professionalism and respect when handling a simple pickup request. I hope management addresses this issue, because no one should be treated this way when trying to return items responsibly.

A warning to all. If you by from the Aaron's in callalen, be careful because the delivery guys will rummage through your drawers and steal what they can. We are retired and it's only myself and my significant other living together. I made the mistake of leaving the delivery guys alone to set up the bed. And of course, some money among other things were missing. Also noticed my drawers had been rummaged through. I notified Aaron's and their response was that the delivery guys don't steal. Didn't even bother to investigate. Tells me everything about who is running that place. Stay away from them thieves.

Oh my goodness what are relief I felt in my chest and in my heart I had my accounts transferred to this Aaron's and wow Alyssa the general manager was very professional she even help me get my account up to date no threats no talking back no talking rude That's the things I had to deal with with Scott and his crew at the one on Weber I dread it calling that store and whatever I hated it every time I was going to call them I knew they were going to start threatening me to call the police to come over and get pick up my stuff just because I was 3 days late it was terrible I don't know how they can have a staff like that on Weber they're not even professional not even customer friendly. Here as soon as Alyssa answer the phone she was super friendly very professional she looked at my account and told me what we could do to catch up and that's all I took and she put me on easy pay and I didn't feel no stress no chest pains no anxiety she made me feel really comfortable and I really thankful for Alyssa. The Weber store should be trained over here with Alyssa especially Scott the manager He's very rude very super rude and mean I mean mean doesn't care about anybody or about helping you or getting you caught up he just cares about coming and picking up your stuff and getting rid of it from you. I'm glad I switched my account to the calallen store.
