I will no longer use Aarons they are corrupted I had applied online took my money and then refunded me my money back to my account and red flag me by Scott manager, I had used them paid off the furniture had a zero turn and riding mower and they refused to do maintenance on the items so again I highly don’t recommend Aaron’s they are corrupted and charge three times the amount in the items I have been going elsewhere and they have messed up my credit
Horrible customer service. Went in looking for a SHORT TERM 2-6 Month Straight RENTAL staff immediately began bullying saying g they refused to talk to us or give any information about how thier rentals worked unless we filled out a credit check. Found out after co planning to corporate they will do the type of shoet term we were looking for. Why would I rent-to-own for a property I am not planning to stay in hostile, rude, and all the red flags of a scam. Found 2 other rental places in the area that were more than happy to explain thier policies BEFORE DEMANDING AND I DO MEAN DRMANDING personal information. Behavior of the I store staff here was totally mind blowing!
I love Aaron's, I have never had a problem with them and when my mom passed away a year ago they helped out so I could travel to Iowa and again a couple months ago when my father passed I didn't have to make a full payment. Scott has always been helpful and understanding . I have yet to have a problem with Aaron's or Scott, a big thank you to Scott for helping in the passing of my parents.. my things are almost paid off and i will purchasing more items. I'm sorry some of yall had a bad experience
I never really had no issue with a GM. It’s the lady that works there. That is very rude. They were supposed to come pick up a bed set that I no longer need it and they postpone it because of A bunch of Call in from the staff. I had to freeze my bank account so I wasn’t able to make the payment until Monday And she said i wasn’t able to do that when they say they work with you. But yet they almost waited a week and a half And still haven’t picked up the bed set But yet they sure do want that payment on time
I've been with Aaron's company for a very long time and paid off alot of items, but after my experience with this store I never want to come back to Aaron's, at least not this one. The GM has a horrible attitude even with people like me who has a history of being a loyal customer. I've always loved Aaron's but I encourage you to avoid this store.
