How It Works

Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Dealing with this location of Aaron’s (Miamisburg/Springboro Pike location) has been the worst decision of my life. I understand calling and knocking when I get behind, that’s okay. What’s not okay is knocking for 17+ minutes followed by parking on my neighbors side honking the horn 6 times lasting at least 10 seconds each time. I tried to call business 3 times and got hung up each time so was unable to settle the problem. The police were called, they left before they arrived. I also contacted ftc and attorney general to protect future people against this business. The following day an other employee came and went straight to my back parking lot verbally assaulting a friend who didn’t even live at said address, blocked him in and said you aren’t allowed to leave. Police were called again and they were told to leave and to not come back to said address. Please please please start a go fund me for the items you are needing before EVER considering this business or location
I’m very had great service from Marcus and Prince, paid off every piece of appliance and furniture I have bought, and been a customer for about 10 years. I will no longer purchase anymore furniture from them after yesterday and the horrible customer service from their employee Tonya! She is rude and does not listen or try to understand the situation she is dealing with when on the phone with customers. I called back to speak with Marcus or Prince to let them know what kinda employee they have talking to their customers she answered the phone told me neither one was in the store I told her I wanted one of them to call me back and I never got a phone call from either one of them. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has complained about her!
Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!
Just called to inquire about services not trying to buy! Spoke with Tonya who has zero interest in helping! Just assumed I would need to pay a deposit, never even inquired about what I needed! Said they have been burned by to many people in the past and that I shouldn't act surprised by thatas if it was my problem! I could get better customer service from a cactus🌵! Aaron's trains your employees better Tonya don't be so quick to judge people
Marcus is a great mgr. And helps with any problems. Tanya and Ken are excellent employees also. I've been with this location for 12 years now. Never had a problem that they couldn't fix.
