I made an order made my initial payment. Was told they couldn’t deliver until the 18th. I asked if I could pick it up instead because It was my daughter’s furniture. Because I w as moving. When I filled out the information online I put my current address on and then I put my delivery address in. So I came to pick it up which i didn’t really want to do because I need my daughter’s furniture. Latoya their manager was not helpful in the least bit. They refused to let me pick it up which made no sense. They said I could pick it up if I was taking it to my old house but not to my new house I. Which it will be. I have never met people who were so un willing to help if I could zero stars I would. So their expectation is that I should just wait for weeks while paying for something I need and went out of my way took off work and got someone to help me.
People here are super rude. Showed up to my house over $100 (which I paid as soon as my daughter texted me) and tried to intimidate my daughter because I wasn't home. Threatened to call the cops on her and even told her she was hiding me. Wth? They scared my elderly dog, who ended up peeing in the house, fell in it and couldn't get up because she has bad hips. My daughter had to pick her up out of the pee and give her a bath. When I tried to talk to someone at the store they cut me off, wouldn't let me speak and continued to escalate the situation. I finally told him if he would shut up and listen we could resolve things, so he hung up on me. Called corporate and spoke to a very nice lady. She had wonderful customer service. GO TO ANY OTHER STORE!
Don't rent from this store. I rented a TV and they told me I do not qualify to rent a new one because I returned products in the past. The corporate office told me that is not true. So, I got stuck with renting a used TV and it went out do to a T-Con Board inside the TV and they refused to give me a loaner or replacement however; the general manager Jeremy blamed me for damaging the TV. I filed a complaint against the general manager and the store with corporate. Stay away from this store.
Don’t talk to the lady Danielle or whoever she is “the account manager” lady was rudeeeeee and beyond that she should work at a McDonald’s drive through with that attitude, truly makes you not want to do business with Arron’s. Corp Customer service 10/10 the store itself -10000/10
I am very disappointed in this service. I ordered a bed on 2/12 and when I finally got delivery it was on 3/19 and to come home from a 11 hour shift to finally sleep in a bed (I have been sleeping on a couch and my husband in a reclining chair for 6 weeks) They told my husband that they didnt have the hardware to hook up my headboard and he would call the store. Now get this the store is about 12 minutes away from my house and instead of going to get it my husband was told I will be back tomorrow, so by the time I got home the store was closed so I called at 10 a.m. no answer and 10:30 a.m. no answer so I waited till 12:30 to call and speak to Miranda and was told she is not here today. This is so unacceptable so now I'm being told not until Thurs. The customer service is so horrible and I wish I would of went a different route. Customers beware.
