The manager ,Ken, is wonderful. He helped me with every product I have purchased from you all... But the deliverymen and set up was disastrous. Bed and dresser was left not completed, which means I fell through the bed, called,etc.. had to repair it myself,etc,, the dresser had no slider bar,etc-- your two guys that delivered here, needs to be gone. You all need experienced team members doing this. These 2 men and/or your message person there never gave Ken the messages. GREAT manager BAD CREW

Of course right after I paid off my couch it broke. But I did pay the entire extra year in advance of thier membership as it keeps the service plan intact. The repair guy came didnt fix it scheduled another appointment and then had an emergency and canceled. That was over a month ago now. I bet if I could withhold payment I would have a new couch by now. They refuse to replace it with the same model that's still listed online. And apparently only have the 1 repair guy.

WATCH YOUR MONEY 🤑 regarding an unauthorized debit of $18.00 from my checking account for a membership fee. According to your company's FAQ, Aaron's will not debit a customer's bank account without prior authorization. However, this fee was deducted after all items had been paid off. When I contacted the store to address this issue, I was informed that since I did not notice the charge immediately, a refund would not be issued. This response is disappointing, and shows exactly how you treat your customers 😔 as I trusted your company to adhere to the policies stated on your website.🤬🤬

FALSE ADVERTISING!! DON'T FALL FOR THE $.01 DOWN!! Signed the agreement, agreed to the weekly payment, waited for the call to schedule delivery and then get a call stating I need to pay a full month upfront before delivery!!! Nowhere in any of the advertisement does it make this claim! Spoke to someone named Amy that claimed it was at the GM discretion for payments and amounts!!! Seriously??? Got an completely paid off a Troy Built Zero Turn Mower but now I have to come out of pocket for a months payment on a stove that you initially approved me for to pay weekly. Keep it!! I will take my business elsewhere and advise people to avoid Aaron's at all costs.

Play store order online on February 16th. They claimed that the item was not in stock that had to order it and they needed 10 business days. My item finally came in on March 4th. Which of my calculations is more than 10 business days, they proceed to tell me that they need a full month's payment I cannot do a week by week. Because of a rental I had in 1996 a lifetime ago. I did not owe no money on this rental, all the merchandise was returned. I just no longer needed nor wanted it. So they got to keep my deposit from this rental and said that I canceled it. Well I was promised under contract it would be delivered within 10 business days. You was breach of contract before it was canceled so you canceled it, correct? I want my deposit back this is theft, larceny, racketeering! Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, you don't deserve a quarter of a star.
