Every time I place an order, it’s always a difficult process. You call these stores and they just place you on hold for 10 or more minutes and don’t even have the courtesy to tell you why or apologize for the hold time. They are rude and over-talk you I guess cause they are stressed out. The customer service is just the bottom of the barrel, and I make my payments faithfully and on time. But don’t make payments, they’ll be at your door and blowing your phone up then. Don’t make me turn into one of those customers, keep pissing me off. If I had the option to choose a -100 that’s what I’ll score them.

Two young Aaron’s employees delivered my washer and dryer to my apartment and they acted like they could not remove the laundry room to door when clearly they could have removed the screws. They scratched up the laundry door, broke a piece of siding off the bottom of the wall, scratched some paint off the wall and made 4 wholes in the floor. Another employee I spoke with at the store when I called to report it said these are a couple of real young guys they didn’t know they could have unscrewed the screws to take the door off. They don’t think about what to do like the older men do. Ok well if that’s the case why pair two young men together that clearly don’t have any common sense. When I saw the first whole in the floor I told the guy they made a whole in the floor instead of them stopping to call their supervisor they continued to make more wholes in the floor.

I am constantly being harassed, they are rude on the phone, won't work with payments at all.

I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody they literally delivered my refrigerator and stove nasty and with roaches in it. I contacted the store manager right away and asked for the regional manager James to call me and he hasn’t responded nor called me back yet.

We have never had such a poor experience with a company. No one answers phones, stuff isnt being delivered, something needs to change.

I understand why they have 3 star rating. Terrible customer service they only care about money.
