Rude people they don’t greet anyone that comes through the door. The manager Erika is very unprofessional and rude! She said that I couldn’t qualify and quickly sent me out the door! I will be contacting corporate and writing an email to report her unprofessionalism.

Would like to give a shout out to Crystal! At the Bosque store in Waco Texas. She was awesome! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and supportive of the customer’s needs. Thank you Crystal,, you’re the greatest.

7-17-23..well my payment was due on the 15th,,I spoke with the manager (not Erika).a different manager, told her I would be out of state..but I would make a payment on 17th..I didn't give her a time. Well this morning around 9:30 or so..I get a call asking when was I going to make my payment because it was due on the 15th..I told her yes, I had already made arrangements with the manager that I would be in today the 17th,,,she tells me well there's nothing in the notes about it..I told her well thats lack of communication, that's not my fault...so she insteaded when are you coming in ...I told her I would be in before yall close..set a time by then I was getting upset because lack of communication is not my fault...so I've decided to talk to Crystal and see if she can transfer my payments to Erika on south valley mills dr. May I remind you after I finish paying all my mechanise I will look elsewhere..I love Erika's and Crystal customer service its excellent..but the way I was treated today I won't be back..especially when I was leaving the store the employee who waited on me kept saying over and over. *When she comes in I'm not waiting on her..I'm not waiting her next time she's in, when she comes in Crystal you wait on her. I've purchased washer, dryer, 2 stove 2 refrigerator 3 electric bikes ,scooter, 3 beds,,tv,TV,I was happy with the service til this happened...

Francisco is completely unprofessional. He called me and because he didn’t like my tone he hung up on me. When I called back he put me on hold and never answered back. Called back again and got the manager, Erika, who then says since she didn’t hear the phone call she can’t comment on what he said and basically defended him. Awful customer service and tacky employees. Do not go to this store!! Side comment: I wasn’t even rude. He asked what time I would make my payment and I responded “I don’t know” then dial tone. Really?
