Aaron's

This is my first time using Aaron's. When I first set up everything it went smoothly. I got a washer and dryer. However, when I did my first load, the wash machine leaked, the seal was broken. They came picked it up and took it to repair. I was like no big deal even though I had it only for a week. It took two months for them to repair the washing machine seal. They did give me a replacement. The replacement that they gave me was so beaten up. It was dented in the front and the drum wouldn't spin, so I ended up having to use a laundromat anyways. What made it worse?Is they called me on my birthday to tell me happy birthday?So I can buy more stuff from them.I asked, where's my wash machine? I've called many times y'all said it should be ready by this week. It never was, and this continued week by week. They tell me, oh, it just came in. We can't get you on the delivery for tomorrow, but we can get you next week.So four days later, they finally delivered it. The next day. I went to go wash and found out that this was NOT !!!! My original washing machine and on top of everything this washing machine had roaches, all in it. Now I have to fumigate my whole home. It's because of the fear of having roaches, this is disgusting and unprofessional. I called Aaron's. They just told me that the manager was out on lunch and that He'd call me back. I have not gotten a call back. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is disgusting and unprofessional on top of that. When they were delivering the washing machine, the truck driver told me that my wash machine was sitting there for 2 weeks. They never planned on calling me and guess what!! It was never my washing machine. I have no clue where my original wash machine is at. This is not mine and the fear that i'm going to have roaches throughout my whole house because they gave me a product infested, shame on you.

I have a lease at 2 different Aaron's locations, I pay both thru ezpay. They take out of your acct at 6am on the day you set up. If you don't have the money on your card at 6am (or for a lot of us have it locked), but pay the same day at 9am, this location will charge you a late fee, even tho you paid on the day it was due. So in no way late. The other store in bellmead does not do this! This store claims it's the system. Guess they have their system set up to give false late fees, because Bellmead Aaron's does not! Stay away from this store!

I made a special trip to the Valley Mills location about 2 weeks ago to purchase a bedroom set. When I walked in a young lady was at the desk, on the phone, possibly speaking with her mother. Anyways I get about halfway in and she's yelling at me from across the room, if I needed her to let her know. I kinda feel like if I'm in the store yes I need you! She didn't move out the chair, nor try to see exactly what I wanted. I remember employees would walk up to you and greet you. I guess that's not a thing anymore. So I felt like she didn't want to help and I wasn't wanted in the store so I made the circle and walked out. A week ago I got a call from another young lady, could have been the same person, im not sure. She was trying to get me to come in. I told her no thank you because how I was treated before. She totally ignored what I said. She told me if I decided to need anything, give them a call. First of all I need yall to hear what I'm saying about my experience. Poor customer service from both ladies. I will not be coming back. There are way too many places I can buy furniture from, nicer, more affordable and without all the extra unnecessary fees.

I have two leases with Aaron's. I've been with Aaron's for years. I was going to be late with my payment for about 23 days. They always used to work with me on payment arrangements. That's was when Mark was manager. Called the manager to set up a payment arrangement.. She would not even try to work with me. They came to my house twice. The second time I had already talked to the manager about an extension .She needed a credit card to set up a payment arrangement. No communication between them. Once I pay off my items I will never lease with Aaron's again! They made this experience with Aaron's just horrible! Never have I been treated this way!

Went bc our TV broke...didn't want to wait on payday for a new one...the website said on line or in store..5.00 get u set up...no for a cheap used philippe thet wanted 80.00 down....nope 80.00 I can go get a new small one at walmart...I mean come on...kinda defeated the purpose at least in my mind..! Other than that nice people clean store...and smelled wonderful
