I’m a returning customer and have purchased a refrigerator here in the past. Recently, I came back and bought an air conditioner, and it works beautifully—it keeps my room nice and cold and feels amazing. It also has a heater function, though I probably won’t need that part. Jessica assisted me and provided excellent customer service. She was kind, sweet, respectful, and very welcoming. Andrew also helped my son try to find a PS5 Pro, and even though they didn’t have it, he went out of his way to do everything he could to help. Overall, the service here is always great. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be returning again to purchase another air conditioner in the future.

They make you wait for hours and offer no assistance; don't waste your time—you should choose a different branch.
This is the most ridiculous branch I have ever seen. They tell me they cannot assist me simply because of someone else I happen to share a home with.

Honestly, real bad customer service I been considering myself a good customer n I had a inconvenience this week I couldn’t make the payment so I called n ask if I can make the payment next week n finish paying the remain balance n they said no that I needed to borrow money or else they’ll come pick up the item I purchase just for one time me not able to make the payment when I had just explained that I’ll be making the payment by next week this would be the last time I buy from them no type of consideration knowing I been a good customer as soon as I finish next week I’m done w Aron’s never again I’ll be buying anything here !! I felt pressured n really uncomfortable I never said I wasn’t going to pay I just ask for them to give me time just one week so I can make the payment I felt really uncomfortable talking to the person on the phone
