ZERO STARS GIVEN! This place is employeed with rude and aggressive employees!! Very Unprofessional!! Terrible customer service!! They hang up on you mid conversation but they harass you with calls. Buyer beware, I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever. The general manager here in Gallup is very rude and imbalanced. He needs more training or a step back on reality. This position of general management for a rent to own store has blew up his head.

Nice store, but Atsee was rude. I was just looking but he kept pushing a sale. I was looking to buy later but he seemed annoyed, hopefully things will be better when I come back

Purchased a dryer at 750 and making monthly payments. Last inquiry I was informed of 250 pay off. Today I’m told 450 . Was never informed of a future increase nor was this in my original contract. Aaron’s is starting to throw hidden fees and extra cost in their sales.
