So I have absolutely loved Aaron's and their customer service up until today, somehow my payment didn't come out Saturday as supposed to, I'm positive it was my fault(My Fault) as I confused my bills and what I had already paid out.. I'm human.. and I've worked a lot the last couple of days, Again my fault.... But it is not my fault Cindy proceed to be kinda rude, and spoke to me as if I was a child after I apologized and told her repeatedly I have the money on the card for payment... Horrible customer service....
I don't recommend this place to anyone. You can pay tour bill early and talk to someone over the phone and they will still try to take money out of your account and there is NO communication among employees... they call as early as 6am even ask you ask them not to because your in school on weeking over nights. Plus on top of that. They differ arr was to help me when I fell behind on payments. I Decided to let everyone know how unprofessional this place is because after talking to some lady who had me on hold for over 10 minutes, my account got hit when I paid it earlier in the months..She never fixed it!!!! I will ever rent from here again. Don't do it people.
Please do not buy from AARON's furniture. Your sofa will look like this in two years. I'm 72 years old 165lbs and the only one in the house. No pets. Filed a complaint with BBB and AARON furniture want be to come and buy another sofa. Nothing they can do.
HORRIBLE, Unprofessional, Disrespectful legal department accountant, She tried pushing her way into my house to get a tv that my 9 month pregnant sister could not lift. She continued badgering me after i told her i would return it this afternoon.i fell on hard times this year with getting covid and did explain that to her to which she completely disregarded and threatened me with the police after i told her i was at work and couldn’t leave on the phone. She became so erratic to the point i had the call the store and speak to the Manager directly to get her off my porch. John helped me and was understanding and was able to get her under control.
