So I've never done the rent to own thing as I've heard horror stories. At 40 I said, eh, the prices are reasonable and I understand what I'm agreeing to, let's try it. They made it super simple and arrived when they said it would. The couch, new. The TV, new. The PlayStation, new. The prices, not bad. Customer service, has been stellar. If you DONT go in blind and understand that no, it's not gonna be the same price as best buy long term but you get it AND a warranty... Not bad guys... Not bad at all... Made my Friday awesome!
Management is ridiculous and possible scammed or thieves. Went to make a final payment that was confirmed online, in chat and on the phone with the amount. Some new manager there tried to tell me a completely different amount that was MUCH higher than I was told. Called customer service and made several complaints about it and never received a phone call from upper management. Possibly because the manager i was dealing with was upper management. Ended up making my final payment through the customer service person and never went back to the store. Be careful with whom you are dealing with. I believe that had i decided not to argue the amount and paid the amount he tried to claim, he would have pocketed the difference. I will NEVER use Aaron's again and I was a customer for years. Yes, one bad seed can ruin it for the entire company.

Walked in just to check out a living room set. The lady asked if she could help me. I advised I was just looking. She stood behind me practically the whole time. Weirdly and uncomfortably close. Not sure what her problem was. So, I just left. Looked at other furniture stores and found great deals and quality furniture.
Unless you like attitude along with the service, I recommend going somewhere else. Keisha apparently is a manger, called just to hang up and when i called back she still had a nasty attitude. Along with that, they delivered my washer and dryer brand new out the box and the guys delivering it scratched the whole side of the washer. Careless and ghetto.
