I had never been into RAC before. I decided to give it a chance! So glad I did! I did an application online and Maggie from the store called me instantly. We talked about my options and she said it was easier to come in and see my options. I am so happy! I will have a new couch on Friday! So excited! My kids are even more excited!!! The customer service was on point!!!

In preparation for back surgery I needed an option for sleeping in bed. I did a Google search for furniture rental. R-A-C came up near me on state rd 200 in Ocala. .I explained my situation to a very friendly and knowledgeable Magaly. She recommended a powered elevating recliner, had it delivered and installed two days prior to surgery. An amazing young man carried this chair and set it up by himself. Post surgery, I can tell you renting this chair for two months was the best decision. Perfect for napping and getting me up on my feet. Service was great. I highly recommend R-A-C. They have a nice option to apply rental towards purchase. I would have done this if I had permanent space.

Been doing business with rent a center for many years I can't even tell you how long. They have many items to choose from. Or they can try and find what you need. Very friendly people inside who welcome you and treat you as family. It's very nice if then during holidays when they gave our family a turkey. Or randomly come to my apartment to bring a gift of appreciation. They are always willing to help find what your looking for.

So I found out yesterday I have been paying on a couch for 3 months I never got because I signed up online. I called and they told me “yeah your couch has been waiting here” ?!?!!? So no one in this store thought to call me. Every week when I called to make a payment no one asked me when I wanted this couch? So I finally get it here late last night. After waiting 4 hours for them to get here. By the time I put my kids in their room the General Manager himself brought “my” couch in. He brought it in so fast cause that couch was DISGUSTING! So not only did you try to steal my money, now you dropped off this piece of junk?!? I mean roach infested!! Nails sticking out. My kids can not even go near this thing. I was afraid to sit on it. When I called the store back I now have to wait 4 MONTHS TO GET A NEW NEW!!!! Honestly this is beyond the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS .
