They are very good and Brian Graham is a great credit manager always delightful and polite over the phone and while I’ve endured him also with a sale he has always been very good to me. Brian and Chrisann are absolutely amazing...there were some hiccups along the way with closing on our home and they were able to make things happen and help us make our living room and master bedroom a home...even took back a chair that was way to big and helped us find something that was more comfortable for our home...they have been there for us and when feeling frustrated helped us make things work...they are highly recommended and absolutely amazing!!! Would recommended them and them only!!! We now have what we feel to the start of our new family and new beginnings...the price is affordable for rent to own and even allowed our dogs to come in and say hi!!! Cant thank them enough

My first impression of the E. Silver Springs Blvd store was okay. I needed to stop in and show my ID because I couldn't verify online. Chris Ann, the manager, was on break (I guess) and just sitting on a couch talking on her phone. I stood around for a good five minutes before anyone else came out. Getting everything set up was fairly painless and they did deliver my furniture very quickly. I prefer to make my payments online, but not via easy pay, because sometimes I pay from different cards. I almost always pay before my due date, but once I waited until the actual day. I was at work and got a call from RAC saying it was my payment day and I needed to call immediately and pay. Within 30 seconds of that call I got a text, again, asking me to immediately call. This was literally around 12:30pm and no where on the paperwork does it say you HAVE to pay by a certain time on your due date. If I was late, then I'd deserve calls and texts, but if I'm not... Just leave me alone. Really bizarre and almost insulting practice that they have. All that being said, I love my furniture and I'm thankful to have this option.
