The manager is extremely rude. The store in Cleveland Mississippi is the worst place to rent from. My mother passed away on February 17th her payment was not behind and they picked it up and when we tried talking to them the refused to let us pay her furniture off. This is the worst place and the manager there is extremely rude.

I would never in my entire life recommend Aaron’s in Cleveland Ms. This is the worst experience I had with Aaron’s. I’m thinking hard about closing my account 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 the reason I gave that on star is because I already have an account with them, so I order a bedroom set from them online that was supposed to have been delivered Friday but was told it would be next week because they only had one delivery driver then I asked could they deliver it Saturday her response oh they don’t work on Saturday. Ma’am I threw my bed away because you said y’all will deliver my bed Friday, I pulled a muscle in my back trying to get off the floor which I have to sleep on because of y’all not keeping y’all end of the agreement. I’m 50 years old I’m not a spring chicken
