I been dealing with Aaron's for 5 yrs now and closed several contracts with them I have been treated AWESOME from the team never had major problems just problems with a couple products but they took care of the issues with no problem kudos to this team

I tried calling Aaron's but nobody answered I let it ring for several minutes and I called back a second time still no answer 😡 that gives me the idea that they don't want My business that suits me fine I'll just take My business to rent a center 😁
They have poorly engineered washing machines. How and why: the engine/'motor' is on the axis of the drum. Now think: when you open a door, should you apply force near the hinges or the door handle? The engines, lightweight, should be near the surface of the drum. The same for cement mixing trucks. No, I am not in the Geiger family.

Worst location i ever dealt with the way the try to talk to people is disrespectful and try to get over on people. Never again. Manager is horrible.

Anna and miss lady the account manager were so helpful in making my computer exchange as smooth as possible. Unlike some people who didn’t even bother (GM) they went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them so much. Excellent customer service
