Aaron's

This particular store USED to have outstanding customer service, now not so much. Future customers should use online services and skip this store altogether! If you need help with an ONLINE MADE ORDER, USE ALL ONLINE OPTIONS ONLY! DO NOT CALL THE STORES, (PER A very snarky condescending MANAGER) They are not allowed to correct, fix, alter, change, or resolve anything made online. Aaron's should have a disclosure stating such! I have bought from this store for years because of the ease and customer service from the ordering process to the friendly and helpful delivery guys, up until this year never a problem. However, something has shifted and its not a pleasure to business with AARON'S any longer. I may not even continue with the furniture I'm buying. I'm pretty livid over this entire debacle. Total disappointment.

I have had an outstanding and excellent experience with Aaron's rent to one on 22nd St Tucson. The staff are wonderful and especially the manager of the store is amazing. The products are very high quality and the staff that moves the furniture are very careful, polite and friendly. I give Aaron's 10 out of 10.

I came in a couple weeks ago during Black Friday sales. I was told the sectional that I wanted would be ordered cause it wasn’t in stores. I was fine with the wait time and told by Melissa she would call the following week to set up everything with me over the phone. I’ve rented here before with little issues on my end. However I find it really frustrating that I never received a call from Melissa in fact I called to get an update and was told she would call back. She never called back and it’s been some time lol so I know now that she just doesn’t want to work with me and that’s fine. But very unprofessional on your end Melissa cause that could’ve just been said the day I came into the store and the fact that u called me to come in to shop is even crazier. But no worries I’ll just leave this review and be done with it.

We always have interacted with Hollis so it was a surprise he was not there. He is out on medical so we wish him well. The young lady who assisted us was nice, no one in store but us but we paid off our account. Thank you Hollis for your excellent service, kindness, and honesty.

Unfortunately these people let me down. They act super friendly, but it's only an act. I bought a expensive recliner from them 3 months ago and they delivered it broken. And after many calls and complaints, they still haven't fixed it, nor have they gotten back to me about fixing it. I'm the only one contacting them. But they don't care about their customers to try and fix it. They got my money and that's all they wanted. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. At least their stuff won't be broken
