Don’t rent from them they DO NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH THEIR POLICY’S!!! If they can rip you off they will doesn’t matter if your a long time customer

Five stars all around. Angela was excellent she took the time to help my wife find the perfect couch, chair and luv seat. While we were there I decided to take a dinning set Angela made it so easy. Angela even followed up with us. EXCELLENT customer service. The delivery guy's were great. They called to let us know when they were on their way. They were quick in and out very, friendly and polite. Jessica was excellent helping walk me through the online leasing. Thanks.

The Aaron's i shop at s fantastic. I needed a washer and Angela knew my taste and likes. Couldn't walk and go to the store. She sent me the perfect washer and i didn't need to pick it. Jessica is so nice and attentive. Her manners are flawless. I love all the workers from my Aaron's. My store is in the plaza at 1st & Wetmore in Tucson Az. Go check 'em out. $5.00 gets you started no matter how much you buy from them. (That's a special for Christmas)

Great staff! Angela is always a familiar voice to hear, always reaches out to let me know of any upcoming offers. The manager took a few minutes to sit down and go over all the details and made everything SUPER EASY! I one time had an issue with my former install and the next day that had somebody come back and make it right. Love this place, love this crew will ALWAYS do business at the Wetmore location!

Sales staff great. Delivery staff... incompetent. Took them an hour to realize they had to take doors off the fridge to get in our house...they had no tools. Another hour to remove doors. Couldn't put inside of fridge back together. We only got 2 ft water line - we called they told.us we had to go buy our own. Ggrrrr. We had them pick up the fridge 10 days later...same incompetent men. They damaged our door frame so badly our door won't shut!! Store manager was supposed to come look at (she said early next morning was soonest she could come) apparently she forgot us. But when she did show up, she just looked and left. Still waiting for some resolution for that matter!
