I gave this store 5 stars for the excellent service, but today, I don't if it was a new manager or associate, but he called me and harassed me over the phone demanding I make a payment. I know was behind, and I tried to explain that I lost my card and the banks were closed and he gave me a time frame from 10a-12pm if not he was going to pick up my items ( bed and ps5). And I said If I made a payment, what is going to what happen? He stated my items would be picked up, and once I made another payment Tuesday he'll deliver them. I was getting ready for work, then the guy, his name is Abram or Abraham, is cruising by house, slowly for 30mins, and at one time he took a picture of my license plate. I know u was late one time, but it felt like I owed $1,000s. i had a friend make a payment and all is good.. the manager lisette was very understandable and I made the late payment. Rent a center you guys need to do something about that employee. He was very unprofessional on the phone when I was explaining my situation.

I was told that was approved for a certain amount never missed a payment when I did have stuff with Rent-A-Center shouldn't have any problems getting something now why all the sudden has it changed.. l

Great Customer Service From this Location answered all my questions, My paperwork process was fast and easy! Received my bed set same Day Thank You Agustin & Abraham for getting my bed to me!! 100% recommend!
