I called because im going through alil financial situation and wouldnt be able to make a full payment for my wwshee and i spoke with a awesome associate Tanner. He looked through my account, thanked me for being a loyal aarons customer, and hooked me up with half a month payment. Even called the other store that i have a dryer with and explained my situation to them and did the half payment with them as well. Im more happy with the customer service that he gave . I wish other jobs had people like tanner, it really sounds like he appreciates his job

Omg Thank you so much Mr. Scott i have beena member for more than 13 years this store helped me raising my children who are now young adults. When I say raise me children in providing a table to sit and eat and celebrate birthdays beds to rest in and tv's to watch and so much more. However in my Katt Williams voice this bed right here is everything. I am in my senior year in school manage a walgreen and sell insurance and Diamond uber driver. I need rest really good rest for the few hours I have to sleep. Shotout Damion, O, Janet all of you i really appreciate. Oh I waited full two days so it would work properly 🙃

Disgusted with this establishment. The amount of calls I get from this company is ridiculous! So much that I had to block them. You pass 1 day of your payment and they are blowing up your phone., ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have made every payment every month and the harassment does not stop with this place., then a regional manager has the nerve to call and leave a VM the day I made my payment…. Biggest mistake of my life was to purchase anything from this establishment never again will I ever purchase at this place nor will I tell anyone to go there.

Scott and there Team have always been understanding and patience.. I been with them for over 20 years paid off many products and never had any issues with them.. Thanks so much for always being there for me and especially Joanna!!

Very very disappointed. My furniture arrived on Saturday and was put together very promptly, but as they were leaving in the truck I realized the nightstand was missing. I ran out to the truck and the guy was extremely nice and apologetic so I was not upset. Since Sunday the store is closed, he told me I would receive a call on Monday morning with a time for my remaining furniture to be brought over, . This afternoon after not receiving any calls so I decided to call the store because I had stuff to do and was waiting. The guy over the phone could not see that I had any deliveries coming today, and said he would call me back with a time after speaking with his manager. I left to run errands nearby and waited for the call that never came. To my dismay, they came to the house and left a note while I was out. No biggie, I called again and was told that they would be right over as I do not live far from the store. So I waited. That was hours ago and I still had stuff to do! Now the store is closed and I obviously am not receiving the delivery. So the errands I put off, I will obviously again have to put off tomorrow while I play the waiting game again. The bed set was newly scratched up (they were not there when I checked it out in the store), and one of the drawer handles was hanging from a missing screw. Honestly, everyone was really nice, but communication and organization really sucks.
