Steven the Puerto Rican one he's very gentle and always it's willing to help. Aaron's has great prices and I really appreciate them . Great customer service.. Totally recommended. The dude in the office it's very nice too I just can't remember he's name.
The customer service here was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right furniture for our home. Pricing was fair, delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend😊.
I got a brand new dryer have had no issues with it. I try to make my payments on time, online you can't adjust your payment but it wants the whole thing have to call the store to make pay arrangements it's annoying because on Saturday they don't open till 10 so if you call before then no one answers, but they can call me as early as 8 am to make a payment, so if some one is there when I call pick up the phone. At least have an answering machine like most business instead of it just ringing nonstop.
I had an amazing experience with Josh! He was incredibly fast—got me in right away, provided all the info I needed, and just made the whole process seamless. I really appreciate that kind of top-notch service!
Aaron’s on Adamo in Tampa is clutch when you’re in a pinch and don’t have access to a truck. The delivery service makes everything easy and stress-free. But the real reason for this review is Armando. The guy is strong as an ox, friendly, professional, and super helpful. He delivered and installed my washer today and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Great attitude, great energy, and handled everything like a pro. If you go to this location, ask for Armando. He’s the real deal and made this a 5-star experience.
First, let me say I am not the one to rent furniture always bought everything cash. But listen to people saying this is the best way if u want to save some money!!! BS!! So come to find out that for a bedroom set a 4 chair dining kitchen table and a one piece sofa is going to cost me damn near $10K. I have already paid almost $5K And apparently still owe almost $5K I had the furniture for over a year and I am nowhere near finishing up with these payments. I recommend not renting furniture at all cause not only are you going to pay triple of it actually cost it’s just not worth it. You better off saving you $3500 in furniture, your whole entire home elsewhere and no payments. I Will never do this again this will be the last time I ever listen to someone just so they can get a Lousy 50 bucks of they bill. Oh, and did I mention that every piece of furniture I got is used the only thing that I got brand new out of the box was the kitchen dining table other than that all used 😤😤😤 DONT DO IT!!!!
Recently started to lease to own a box and mattress for $1800;plus ..and the state that it was in on arrival... with stains and rips in both items for$1800 I was not expecting to buy someone used shit.. and then try to cover it up with a mattress bag...
