I have been dealing with Buddies Home Furniture for years. I go to Max store. I always have a great experience. Everybody is so nice if you tell them what you’re looking for they will looking for, They will try to get it from another store if they do not have it at the store,

Do not recommend they charged my card without my permission and they tried to get me to pay weekly when I always paid monthly on the 3rd with Buddies. Very unprofessional I asked for my balance for 3 months straight and I still haven't received it but today they can come pick it up im not paying another dollar to them. Do not buy from them run!

This company is an absolute joke! Ever since they took over Buddy’s Furniture, everything has gone downhill. They are beyond unprofessional over a day late to respond, then call nonstop back-to-back like harassment is part of their business model. They’ve tried to charge my card without permission, and when they come to your home, they don’t even knock they just park outside like stalkers, making it awkward and embarrassing. Then they leave stupid notices on your door like you did something wrong. The constant, repeated calls are ridiculous! Do they not realize people have jobs and lives? No one has time to sit around waiting for their rude, unprofessional phone calls all day. They cross every line from unauthorized charges to flat-out harassment and for what? Furniture that’s not even worth half the headache. It honestly feels like they get bonuses for how many customers they can piss off. I’ll never deal with them again, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
