I was schduled to receive my Refrigerator from 11-3 pm and it’s 7 pm no show no call service is horrible

I leased a couch from this location about a month ago and I must say the customer service from sign up until now has been phenomenal. Thank you to the Management team for following up to make sure that I didn’t have any questions or concerns right after the quick delivery and set up! Thank you, Norma for the amazing customer service experience! Norma assisted me with setting up easy pay with a day that worked best for me and made sure that all my questions were answered. Thanks again!!!

Don't know why I keep having the issues I do with this one store in particular I legit called to return everything and they even made an appointment to pick it up and they charged me still for it still today Why charge me when I'm returning it You have guys working at this store who don't listen And are incompetent I explained to them the entire situation and they still didn't listen now I have to wait even longer for that refund while being negative in my account Thanks to your workers who apparently listen extremely well and do exactly what someone asks them Will never use this store again Hire better workers who actually do there job hire people to answer the phone You guys call me but never answer

Let is amazing. He came in to my house and removed the old washer and dryer from my house and setup new ones for me. A+++++++++++++. The store that he works for is on waters. This is the reason why I choose Aaron’s for my merchandise. He was also very helpful in setting up my new smart tv which o had no idea how to work but he showed me and he does know what the true definition of customer service is all about. I will go here again.
