It's decent haven't had any huge issues besides them charging me 160 when the were supposed to only charge me 85 but it only happened once and did not miss out on the money it went twords my purchase. But to be honest the only reason I went through them is because I live check to check and have difficulty saving money so to a purchase a washer and dryer when my last two sets broke within a month of each other and I honestly had no choice so I broke down and went thru arrons I'm not upset at all I just can't believe they charge how much they do it's crazy they honestly charge enough to buy another 2 sets from you buying the one. I would have bought a used set but I don't drive and my house only has room for a stackable set so it makes my options harder to find for the price I could pay atm and in my area. But they gotta make money as well so 🤷.

Imagine calling your customers everyday before your store is even open. Yall know thats illegal right? Not to mention using personal phones to get ahold of me when I don’t answer my phone. You guys have been told. Money is tight I will get it to you, I’m in between jobs, and I work nights.

What a great team! My fridge broke and the manager Jacob went out of his way to make my delivery a priority. I have used this location before and they have always had great customer service. Big shoutout to Paul the delivery guy who went above and beyond and was alone due to staffing shortages but made the experience easy. I just want to say thank you! Now I don’t have to use a cooler :)

We had a refrigerator delivered by Chey Kallie. They were amazing installing it and went through hell and back getting it trough the door. Much appreciation, so happy with the fridge and the couch we got a few months back.
This is a great place for renting. Back in 2019 they were able to get my mother a spare bed for when family came into town and couldn't afford to get a hotel. The store has a great staff and the products were exactly what we were able to rent. Sorry for the delay in reviews. Keep up the good work. (The Brooks Family)
