Customer reviews
I was traveling down highway127 today in front of Aaron's Rent and a tractor trailer was blocking the two-lane highway while backing into Aaron's parking lot. A black pickup truck couldn't wait and darted behind the trailer, almost hitting it. The Aaron's employees were just standing on the sidewalk in front of the store, watching. I yelled to them that maybe one of them should be directing traffic to keep everything safe. One of the manager's walked over to me and said maybe I need to mind my own business. He said he didn't even know there was going to be a delivery. There were three problems with this: (1) It was my business because my vehicle was being blocked by this unsafe delivery, (2) It was my business because I'm part of the public and his customer base, and (3) He should have known about the delivery so he could have planned for a safe delivery. My only concern was the complete lack of safety happening. His only concern seemed to be his telling me about minding my own business. I guess he doesn't understand that an unsafe delivery puts the store at risk and also if he's the manager, it puts him at risk not to mention his customers. P.S.-That manager could have gotten a 5-star review with a better reaction to my suggestion.
I had an excellent experience. I had, had an issue that had been unresolved. I was so upset. The new general manager came out talked to me. Then took the time to make everything right. I would highly and I mean highly recommend them
I don't normally make reviews or call anyone out on the internet. But I have a mower I've been a long time customer since 2016 and I can't not make the payment for July - so I decided Thursday to call my local store and get it picked up and then Ethan wants act less a two weeks payment to pick it up and no body knows what going on there anymore. Im calling the headquarters tomorrow morning to complain
I recently got a mower and talked to Jeremy on Monday about a issue with it never heard anything back. & need to do something about Ethan he is rude fell on some hard times last year and he makes you feel like the bad person asking about a payment arrangements might just return my items
Horrible experience. I’ve never used Aaron’s before but they definitely didn’t get off to a great start by any means. I will not be going back period. I ordered two pieces of furniture online. A week and a half went by never heard a word. I was still having to make payment but didn’t have the furniture. I called they ask me to send info to the gm so I did and they’d call with a delivery date. Never heard word. So I went in the store once again got the run around. Called a few days later they need my info sent again to the gm. I informed them I had already done that they said they needed it for both pieces of furniture. So I sent it once again. Still didn’t hear anything so I call and ask if I can get a delivery date. They tell me it’ll be here Friday and asked if I wanted it before 3 or after I said before. Never heard another word. Friday rolls around and I wait and wait till about 2 and call. Oh your furniture is on the second load it’ll be after 3 we didn’t get a message or a note left telling us you wanted it before 3 so it’ll be there between 3-7. 20 minutes till 7 I call. Oh their about 20 minutes out. 8:15 rolls around. My furniture finally gets here but it’s only one piece of it. Call Saturday. Oh it’ll be there Monday. This was the absolute worse customer service ever. The delivery guys were very respectful and apologetic but the office staff? No. Rude. Unorganized and very unprofessional. I even called customer service and they said the gm would contact me. Never heard a word.
Horrible just horrible very rude and unprofessional will never rent from them again
I rent and paid off couple of items from Aaron's. I decided to get me a computer but this time they treating me badly. I was given a month no pay due to being a gold member Harley very good sells lady but the account employee was trying to turn things on me saying what I am trying to do. Nothing but get my account fixed like it was suppose to but try to make me the bad guy. Aarons please talk to ur employees on respect.
This place is an absolute mess to deal with. I got a few things when Allie was there and would have continued business had she stayed, but all the other employees are down right rude except Jeremy. I returned what I had due to the fact they don’t have good customer service. Their Dm is a joke
