Made an agreement to pay only a certain amount and transaction was done over the phone and I look on my account only to find out she charged me more than agreed on. I am filing a lawsuit against this place. You were not authorized to do so much for a payment

Would love to know how we looked online at something never even filled out an application then spoke to someone and they said all they needed was paystubs and proof of address we go in and they don't even look at the stuff they just walk to the office after I mentioned I used to work there and then come back out with a snotty attitude and say oh your denied seems kinda fishy but yet blessing in disguise 👌
