They keep leaving garbage on my door with their door-to-door solicitors. If I'm not visiting your business, I don't want your business coming to my home to harass me for my money. I cannot recommend this business
This is based on the website and live chat. We tried doing an online application for my husband and it wanted pic of his license but wanted it with the camera and not from a picture we already took so we had to wait and get it out, well the site timed out or something and said refresh and when we did they denied him! The application wasn't even finished and wasn't even able to upload the picture yet it said 60 days to try again. I messaged the live chat and they said all they can do is send the link to where to apply... Umm it's on the website so why is there a chat is that's all they do? Then they repeat themselves with a copy and paste and say it doesn't tell them why anyone is approved or denied and we will get a letter yet my husband has a steady good job he has had a while and gets paid weekly and has never leased from Aaron's, can prove the address and pay stubs and it says no credit needed so absolutely no reason why he would be denied and especially before even finishing the application! They say no credit needed yet they deny you based on your credit score when just bc someone has good credit doesn't mean they will pay and when someone has pay stubs proving they make over $3000 a month and the washer dryer set is under $100 a month it's obviously enough. I thought maybe it was just denied for the penny down no payments til May 1st sale but now it won't even let you re apply at all for anything for 60 days. Better off going in and talking to someone but dont try the live chat bc they are no help at all and a waste of a Job

i have been a repeat customer for the past 2 1/2 years and i have nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location. if there is ever a issue they go above and beyond to handle whatever comes up. i upgraded my washer/dryer recently the delivery was perfect. please dont hesitate to go here you wont regret it
My experience with this location was excellent! When first entering I was greeted by Isiah . I told him what I was looking for in detail and he helped with out being pushy or over bearing. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. I had my husband and 14 year old son with me and both Isiah and Dan (the store manager) entertained them in other products while I continued to browse to make sure I what I picked is what actually wanted. And Isiah helped me make a great choice based off my personal needs and not based of what the store needed to get off of inventory. When both Dan and Isiah seen that I was having a hard time deciding between two items he encouraged me to take picks go home and think about it first and then come back and let him know. I took his advise and then next day I went in and completed my contract with a breeze and full explanation of everything. Isiah and Dan is welcoming, pleasant, friendly, non overbearing, and informative! Thank you for a great shopping experience!
