This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any company. When you order furniture or appliances, it is standard practice for delivery teams to call 15–20 minutes before arrival to give customers a heads-up. I specifically requested this courtesy call because I work only 10 minutes from my apartment and planned to take a lunch break to meet the delivery team. I made this request directly with Vince, as well as a woman in the sales department, yet no call was made. This is not my first purchase from this Aaron’s location. About 10–11 months ago, I purchased a desktop from them and have maintained a good payment history. I honestly held back from writing this review previously because I didn’t expect to purchase from them again. However, almost every time I call this store, the person answering the phone has an attitude and comes across as rude or dismissive.Management needs to address this. If staff members are speaking to customers disrespectfully, management should be stepping in, correcting the behavior, and issuing warnings if necessary. Customer service should never feel hostile. Another major issue is the delivery timeline. Waiting two weeks to receive an item is unacceptable. For a company like Aaron’s that depends heavily on deliveries, there should be dedicated delivery teams for both the Charleston and Rainbow locations so deliveries can be handled efficiently. Both Aaron’s locations in Las Vegas are owned by the same individual, which unfortunately means customers don’t have many options and are forced to deal with the lack of professionalism these locations provide. Now I have to wait until Thursday 3/19 3-7pm for my delivery and Rosa is telling me they still can’t call me with a heads up so I had to tell my job I’m getting off early on Thursday and I’ll be leaving at 2:30pm because the incompetent general manager Rosa which I believe should be fired anyways and I’ll express my concern about that with corporate and also file a complaint with the CFPB. At this point, I believe the stores seriously need better management and better staffing if they want to improve customer satisfaction . I will be contacting Aaron’s corporate office so they can investigate the locations and hopefully require the owner to make meaningful changes.

I’ve enjoyed my relationship with Aaron’s for a very long period in my life and I’ve yet to be disappointed with the service and response I’ve always received from them has been great. It’s been a great way to rebuild my life from scratch.
We have been renting from Aaron’s for YEARSSSSSS. I can honestly say, we truly haven’t had any issues with customer service or anything. We just recently moved to Vegas and needed some extra furniture. Aaron’s helped us get the things we needed. Heather has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL. When I say every time I call for an issue she is the one that I ask for. She is very calm and hears my concerns before going into what we may need. There was a time I called about an issue we were having, yes I was upset but at the end of the call she able to ease my nerves and get us what we needed fix. I would recommend Aaron’s to anyone who is in need of furnishing their home or just need a computer or two lol. Prices are reasonable and so are the payment plans ☺️

Very POOR Customer Service, they do not work with anyone, either on payments. If your Easy Pay on file declines because of anything, even if the bank flags it as fraud, they charge you a fee and don't really care. Once my item is paid off, I will not be using them anymore.

I cannot speak for all locations, but this particular store is extremely unprofessional. There is a lack of communication and follow-through. We have been trying to get furniture picked up for two weeks now. We have been given the runaround each and every time we have called. Stating that “the manager will call us back.” When we finally receive a call back and scheduled a pick up date and time. The pick up date and time came and no one showed up. There wasn’t any communication of a delay or a need to reschedule. I sat and waited during the four hour window, rearrange my schedule and my time and no one showed up. I just called this morning the young man that I spoke to didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. He gave me the store manager’s name “Donald” and said that he would give me a call back. This is extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and bad for business.
I have purchased several items from this store. Have had a small hiccup with the last one. Brandon helped me .Have to give props for that. Now there's Rojha ( probably messed his name up). Always cheerful. Has a great way of handling the customer. Always pleasant. And joking. Need more people like him ..
