Bad business right here. The account manager along with others just oblivious and powerless,, lieing and just making up stuff as they go, disgusting. I love rentacenter but this location nah! The best people at this location are the delivery guys give them a raise. Account manager lawrence got to go!

The woman working 10/30/24 was very unprofessional, seemed to be very unaware of how I could rent. Also was dressed incredibly unprofessional for the environment. Pleather esque pants and a cropped sweater to where I could see her torso and very low on her chest.

Don't shop here or any other Rent-A-Center location. They advertised promotions online and then as soon as you pay someone locally does a bait and switch and changes your entire order and then they call you directly and ask you to pay additional money that wasn't required in the original agreement. Just not worth the hassle. They charged 300% more than the actual cost of an item and still want people to pay a month and a half in advance when it's advertised as weekly. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

If you’re going to pick a store, take the trip to this one. Mario, the store manager is amazing at servicing his client & their servicemen Will & Lawrence are top tier! It’s nice to have amazing customer service during difficult situations. It goes so far!

The Staff & training manager had great attitudes & tried to provide the best service they could. However Wendy the Store Manager was very rude in the treatment to her employees by stating in front of customers she did not want to train him or help him complete paperwork because she was ready to go home. She then denied another customer price match without clear reasoning why & then they sent me on my way with a laptop that hadn't been reset and also had no box/packaging for me to carry out in.
