My sales person Mario was a really big help & got me exactly what I wanted with the price I was going for. It was delivered on time, the movers (I forgot their names) were helpful on setting up the furniture & explaining what I signing. I have zero complaints and will definitely recommend this company as long as I get the same sales person & movers! Mind you I live across town & Mario made my delivery happened next day!!! Forever in grateful & cannot wait to see what I buy next!!! Thank you Mario & your movers!!!

*this is long read if you want to* The staff are for the most part nice and friendly. I don’t have any complaints about them necessarily, I have complaints about the lack of urgency and communication this store has. They also seem to lack the proper technicians to fix your issues if something were to break (my washer). Either that, or they just didn’t want to pay for the parts my washer needed. Im not sure. For one, I had rented (and paid off) a washer and dryer set and also paid for (and still pay for) benefits plus which is basically a coverage for the washer and dryer set. With the coverage, I can get the washer and dryer serviced if they were to break even after I pay them off. Lo and behold, my washer breaks a couple months after I pay it off so I call them to service it. RAC hired a third party company to come fix the washer since it’s paid off it couldn’t be serviced through RAC. The third party company is its own separate issue but let’s just say they absolutely had no idea what they were doing (they had came to my house a total of 7 different times in the time span of 2 months) For context, my washer this whole time is popping up an F9E1 code. Okay I have memorized this code by this point because it always popped up. (Third party company also accused me of over loading the washer after they “fixed” it which wasn’t true because I wasn’t even able to run the washer for 2 months!) So RAC finally had enough of this company and they agreed to send me a new washer…. or so you would think right? They had to send me one of equal value, so they sent me the same washer… just used and scratched and dented and obviously way worse condition than mine was before (at least appearance wise) At this point I didn’t even care i just wanted a washer that works. I kid you not I turn on this washer to do a load and it stops halfway through and popped up the. same. code. RAC sends their technician this time and he looks at the error code history and there’s an overloading code from the previous owners (which means they didn’t clear the codes before giving it to me) At this point i’m thinking it gotta be me because there’s no way. I even hired a plumber because I thought maybe it was the plumbing. No. Plumber said everything was fine. Surprisingly, the plumber worked on washers and he said that the drain pump to the actual washer was bad. (drain pump part costs about $200 for my specific washer) I call them again and they tell me they’re going to basically give me my old washer back but with different parts. I get it back. It ran about 10 loads before it popped up the same code! (Mind you i’m even doing half loads in this washer) I finally gave up and am having them pick up this washer. I’m forced to just buy a new one at this point, and this whole situation remains unresolved. I’ve been a customer for a while, and now i’m seriously considering cutting ties completely just to save my energy.
