I’d give 0 stars if possible. Been getting stuff for over 10 years and missed a payment and the manager angel wants to get loud over the phone hahaha where’s the professionalism? Paying what I have and never doing business with them ever again.

when the manager for my store called me initially he was so cool. He was ready to make deals if I found an item and they wanted it too much a week for it. He was willing to drop the price and make things work for the company and for me as the customer. When it was all said and done, I didn’t receive any of the items I wanted and had paid online for and basically got what he felt. I should have because money was not refunded back to my account. I assumed that the money was applied toward my bill. two weeks later, I received a phone call from that same manager, and he was talking to me as if I had came into the store, took the items home and never had paid for them. He was talking to me as if I were a thief, as if he had been trying to contact me for several months and couldn’t. He raised his voice and continued to yell even after I asked him to lower it because I wasn’t his child and i was probably older than him. I waited about two hours after hanging up on him, giving him enough time to cool down for me to cool down as well and for us both to regroup. I then called him back asked him if the late fee could be removed because of the situation he denied it, refused it I did a payment with him anyways, and then asked him if there was anything that he could do to accommodate me because of what the Internet was giving me and what he was telling me. He refused, but did agree to call me back once he found a smaller different Item. I never received a call back from him and had time to sleep on what had transpired between the manager and myself, and decided to just take my business elsewhere.
