Stay FAR from this location. Xavier is so unprofessional. I got approved for a certain amount, he tried to FORCE me into getting the floor model because he needed to get it out of his inventory. His words exactly were “because of your approval, you are limited to options” I was approved for $1500 and my purchase wasn’t even $800. But I heard him say that he just needed to get the item off the floor…even though the price of the one on the floor and the price of a new one were the exact same. So essentially because we didn’t get approved for over $3000 and buy 10 Ashley pieces. We can only take the floor piece WITH NO DISCOUNT! Then proceeded to tell me “I have kids I need to take care of and I’m not going to break the rules for you.” So I hung up on him HE PROCEEDED TO CALL ME 3 MORE TIMES AFTER I TOLD HIS TO NOT CALL ME AGAIN! Like what rules are you breaking if I just want a new mattress that hasn’t been on the floor for almost 2 months if I was approved for it…and if I was not approved why would you tell me I was or just tell me what’s going on! The crazy part is Xavier wasn’t even the guy I was working with.

The worst customer experience I’ve had dealing with a furniture retailer. From the “optional” plus coverage that is required…. To them blatantly lying about my delivery date….was originally scheduled for Friday…then would “definitely “ be delivered yesterday…. But then suddenly they don’t deliver big items on Saturday…. After another associate stated “you’re on the list of deliveries for today “…. Later to be advised by yet another associate “that person is new and provided incorrect information…. Now SUPPOSEDLY the item is to be delivered on Monday….. I’m thinking I’ll have better luck at the casino….. Maybe once the product Finally arrives it’ll all be worth it….

Customer service was impeccable over the phone as well as inside the store. Rent a center went above and beyond to meet my needs. I need a lift chair for my mom's visit. Although she will only be here a month, the employees of RAC were slicker than grease when it came to making sure the chair will be at my house before my mom's arrival and will pick the chair back up after her visit. I am so happy for the opportunity to rent a chair rather than purchase it. Make customer service great again!!!!
