Tasia was very unprofessional and rude. She called me in after filling out an application and treated me as if I HAD to make payments on a washer and dryer I only considered Arron’s because I thought it would be convenient to make the payments but I was wrong please do not waste your time. I told her that I’d just go pay in full somewhere else. She treated me as if I couldn’t afford a washer and dryer and my weekly check is enough to buy a set every week like I said before I thought making payments would be more convenient but it wasn’t. I would’ve bought from Arron’s had she not pissed me off with her rude remarks and attitude. I bought a set the next day from another local appliance store.
We got another loner washer and never come with the hose someone was suppose to bring one yesterday called today and was told to go to Lowe's or home Depot to buy one for like 10 or 20 bucks why should we go and buy one when it should have come with one mind you dis washer we got was not even the same washer that went out for service our did not have dents or scratches on then so called and they gonna send us a new one but we gonna be out of a washer for 1 week and I ain't gonna buy a new hose for the washer
I truly believe that customer service should come with some respect for a business when it involves paying customers. However there is one gentleman who has zero respect or professionalism when discussing or arranging future payments at the Vegas location. I won’t say his name however I’ve read various reviews and apparently I’m not alone in my concerns. He’s hard to understand due to his slight southern accent and he’s incredibly rude. Whenever I call to speak to ANYONE BUT HIM… I’m told BY HIM that no one is ever available… 6 times I reached out to management, called corporate frustrated with his lack of communication skills and disrespect, so here we are. Maybe some customer service training would help. My account was 2 days late while I’m sitting in a hospital bed suffering from symptoms of a heart attack and in turn I start receiving endless calls from him, and him only. I would have answered had Nick the previous supportive and kind manager still been there but unfortunately he’s gone… so Mr.IncrediblyRude must be the only employee left on payroll. He answers the phone all day, he does collection calls all day and so I avoid him til something changes!! So now Im going to try to call the other Vegas store in hopes they can assist because my last call to my store caused me more unnecessary stress. Corporate: pay attention… All it takes is bad reviews, terrible Customer Service and returns before a business is shut down!!! Training is needed!
I am writing to formally express my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with Aaron’s Rental. On June 19, 2025, I entered into an agreement for the rental of a brand new washer and dryer. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the earliest available delivery date would be June 26, 2025. However, no specific delivery time window was provided. On the scheduled delivery date, I did not receive any communication from Aaron’s regarding the delivery status. Concerned, I contacted the store myself and was informed that my delivery window was between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. I was also told that if the delivery team could not reach me, they would notify the store. Despite being home and available during the entire window, I received no call and no delivery was made. The following morning, I attempted to follow up by phone and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes multiple times. After several attempts, I finally spoke with Rose, the sales manager. Unfortunately, her tone and demeanor were dismissive and unprofessional. She claimed the delivery team had come to my residence after 6:00 PM and attempted to contact me. I explained that I was home and received no such call, and that my home security camera footage confirms that no delivery was attempted. Rose was not interested in hearing my concerns and only offered to reschedule delivery for July 5, 2025 — nearly ten days later. When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and lack of professionalism, I was informed the refund would take approximately 10 days to process. I then asked to speak with the general manager, but was told he was unavailable. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to deliver as promised reflect poorly on the Aaron’s brand.
Just bad!! As a 25 year old when you put someone on hold until you close-so you can hang up gets you this…. Ordered a washer dryer cash new 2015$ on the 05/8/25 showed up 05/29 dyer cored is ripped off and not useable washer good says we will be back with one it is now 06/13 at 659 on hold for the second time today 25+ minutes 6/14 they’re saying they can’t deliver it until 6/16 trash cans their short staffed crazy
